Our phone system monitors the time and date of each call. ⦁ You are responsible for the full massage fee for all “No Shows” without 24-hour notice. ⦁ We will consider you a “No Show” if you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment. ⦁ Late arrivals will only receive the remaining time for their massage; however, your spot may not be available if you are late. ⦁ We reserve the right to give a “Missed Appointment” to the next available client.
